Rolf A. Mueller
Mr Mueller is a specialist in utilities and energy related capital raising, project due diligence, modelling and Merger & Acquisitions including: valuation and post acquisition optimisation and synergy realisation. In addition, he has significant experience in corporate and competitive strategy development and implementation.
Mr Mueller has a finance background with over 13 years of applied energy industry experience gained from Investment Banking, Industry and Management Consulting perspectives in Australia, Asia and Europe. Mr Mueller holds a Masters Degree in Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
Lead advisor for consortium’s Project & Structured Finance activities raising US$1.0b in limited recourse debt from ECA’s, Multi-lateral’s, international, domestic commercial banks in Thailand
Lead advisor for first 100% acquisition (DM760m) and restructuring of a state owned multi-utility in Germany
